Therapeutic - This is my signature style. I adapt the massage to what I feel your body needs. This allows me to work on problem areas as needed, aiding in stress relief and relaxation. A mixture of massage techniques will be used to aid in this treatment.

Swedish - This massage is helpful for stress relief, increased circulation, and reduced muscular fatigue. It incorporates kneading, friction, percussion, vibration, and compression.

Deep Tissue - This style of bodywork focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It helps release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas. It helps to release chronic muscle tension, break up and eliminate scar tissue, and usually focuses on more specific areas.

Prenatal - This style of bodywork focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through dramatic changes. This therapy enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, helps relieve mental and physical fatigue and helps with relaxation.

Postpartum - This style of bodywork is designed to help restore the body to it’s pre-pregnancy condition and to address the stress of carrying and caring for a newborn. It can speed recovery by bringing relief from sore muscles to help the mother to relax. Abdominal massage helps to shrink the uterus and to relieve subcutaneous scar tissue.
